1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dotie platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Dotie provides a live-commerce platform that includes live shopping tools, flash sales, invoicing, shipping management, virtual mailboxes, and analytics ("Platform Features"). Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) send spam or unsolicited communications; or (e) interfere with the operation of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology in the Service are owned by Dotie or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purposes of providing the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
